Music to move your body

First off – I would like to apologize in case my nostalgia for cold weather and red lentil soup at all contributed to the HAIL STORM ridiculousness we enjoyed on Friday. Ugggh.

Ok – on to business. I take my yoga playlist very seriously. Some people feel that yoga should be practiced in silence and there are days or even weeks when all I want to hear is my breath guiding me. Other days, other weeks, I want the best damn playlist EVER as inspiration, grounding, or maybe just entertainment (I’m human!).

Here is my humble offering. Warning: I. can. not. stop. listening. to. Tegan. and. Sara.
