Yoga Playlist “Dwi”: Practicing Poses

Practicing to this playlist is kinda of like playing a funny practical joke on yourself. One of those practical jokes where no one gets hurt and you all have a good laugh and open up your heart chakra.

Give it a go! You might want to watch this video first.

PaKou Her, a dear friend, anti-racist organizer, and one of many badass mothers I look up to, introduced me to this song. If I ever have a daughter I may just put it on repeat. PaKou is an organizer with  18MillionRising. You can connect with her on Twitter @pakouher, where she welcomes conversations about race, culture, identity, parenting, and celebrity smut.
