The “It’s Definitely Fall” Yoga Playlist

Well, it’s definitely fall. For sure for sure. It is fall. You might think I learned that from the calendar.

Image(Holy crap. It’s October.)

Or the leaves turning all sorts of vibrant colors.
Image(One of my favorite signs of fall at the corner of Ashland and Farragut)

Or the (sad) fact that it’s just a little too chilly to brew sun tea.

(Sun tea, I think I’ll miss you most of all)

But you would be wrong. I know that is it DEFINITELY fall because my nose has decided to run like a faucet every time I get on my bike. Not like a dripping faucet – a RUNNING faucet.
